This article provides information about ZEF Energy's desktop based charger admin portal ZEFNET. We'll start with some common initial questions, and then provide descriptions of each section (or module) of ZEFNET:
Commonly Asked Questions:
What is ZEFNET and who can access it?
ZEFNET is a desktop-based charger management system that an organization can use to configure chargers, and to view or download charger usage data. The purchase of ZEF hardware includes access to a dedicated portal for your organization, though the nature/duration of this access depends on the equipment/license type. Your organization may have as many login accounts as is required, which can be configured with EDIT- or VIEW-only privileges.
Where can I log into ZEFNET?
Navigate to utility.zefenergy.com to access ZEFNET's login page. There you will need to enter your username (email address) and password to enter. If you do not have access, please have your organization's main contact write to support@zefenergy.com to request an account be created for you, including your name and email address; ZEF support will be able to send out an account activation email to your inbox. They may have further questions if an account does not yet exist for your organization.
Where are my chargers?
Once your chargers have shipped from our factory, they will be loaded into your organization's ZEFNET portal, where you should be able to view them under the DEVICES module in the Unallocated tab. From there, they will need to be set up (allocated) - you can view an article on how to do this here. If you are unable to locate chargers that should appear there, please reach out to support@zefenergy.com, including your organization name and the serial numbers of the chargers you expect to see. They should be able to add them manually.
Please visit the 'New Customers' section of our help page for assistance with additional questions you might have about ZEFNET.
