Accounts contains lists of ZEFNET identities that can be viewed, added to, or edited: Charger Hosts (Sites), Identity Cards (RFIDs) and Mobile Users (ZEFNET Charge accounts).
Charging Hosts (Sites):
This dropdown allows for new sites to be created, or for existing sites to be viewed/edited (sites created during allocation will appear in this list). Each site listing contains the following information.
| Name | Name of the site. If chargers at this site are networked, this name will be public |
| Email address of the individual who should be contacted by ZEF Support regarding any issues related to a charger at this site | |
| Phone (optional) | Phone number of the individual who should be contacted by ZEF Support regarding any issues related to a charger at this site |
| Address | Location of the charging site. Note that the Google Maps-generated address must be selected in order to have the site appear on a charging map. This pin can be adjusted if its location is incorrect (see below) |
Creating/Editing a Site
Create a site by clicking the icon, or can view/edit/add more information to a Site by clicking on the site in question and then the
icon. Here, you can also add Location Images by clicking the
icon and selecting the desired image files. Note that if the charger is networked and configured to appear on the map, these site pictures will be visible to drivers.
Adjusting the Site Pin Location
Adjust the sites pin location/coordinates by clicking the map icon which takes you to a map view of all sites. To adjust a pin location, click the edit icon
next to the site, and either drag the pin to the desired location or enter the site coordinates (it may be helpful to select the 'satellite' view if you would like to use physical landmarks). Then click the checkbox icon to save the submission.
Identity Cards (RFIDs):
This dropdown hosts any ###RFID cards### that have been associated with your organization.
- If you would like to purchase RFID cards (only functional with chargers equipped with credit card readers), please contact your ZEF salesperson.
- If you do not see this section but expect to, please contact support@zefenergy.com.
Add a new RFID by clicking theicon, or edit an existing RFID with the
icon. RFIDs contain the following attributes:
| Name | Name of the RFID as defined by organization |
| Identifier | Unique identifier (usually hexcode) stored on the card to authenticate sessions |
| Provider | Owner of supplier of the identity card |
| Expires | Cards can be set up with an expiration date, after which any existing access memberships will be disabled. |
| Sharing | Cards may be shared with another organization via the Groups module (Sharing) |
| Enabled | Y/N, indicates whether the card is enabled or disabled for special access |
| Modified | Timestamp for the last time the card's record was altered |
Mobile Users (ZEFNET Charge):
This dropdown hosts any Mobile Users (ZEFNET Charge accounts) that may be configured as Members in an Access Pool, allowing them to either access chargers exclusively, or for free.
Add a new Mobile User by clicking theicon, or edit an existing Mobile User with the
icon. Mobile Users contain the following attributes:
| Name | The user's name |
| Identifier | The user's email address - NOTE: this must be the email address that they used (or will use) to set up their ###ZEFNET Charge mobile account### |
| Expires | Users can be set up with an expiration date, after which any existing access memberships will be disabled |
| Linked | Indicates whether or not that user has created a ZEFNET Charge mobile account |
| Enabled | Indicates whether or not that user's account is enabled for special access |
| Modified | Timestamp for the last time the user's record was altered |
