Locating Your Serial Number

Your standard series charger's serial number should be 12 digits long, and may start with either "HC1C"  or the year of manufacture (e.g. 2023), and is on a label on the side of the charger, indicated in the image below.  You may need to unfurl the cable to see the label clearly.  Be sure to check both sides, sometimes there are two labels on a charger. Note: If the charger is mounted to a pedestal, there may be two chargers (a charger is a box that has 1 plug coming out of it), so be sure to check both chargers bolted to the pedestal and get their serial numbers.
