In order to pay to use a ZEF charger using your mobile device, you'll need to create an account with our mobile application 'ZEFNET Charge'.
[Note: to pay using ZEFNET Charge, the charger in question must have a ZEF sticker with a QR code on the front of the charger].
To create a ZEFNET Charge account, navigate to your mobile app store, and search for 'ZEFNET Charge'. Download the application to your phone.
On the opening screen, select 'Create an Account', then enter your email address and create a password in the following screen. Make sure the password is longer than 8 characters, and contains at least one of each: uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, symbols.
You should then receive a confirmation code sent via email to the address you entered. Locate that email (be sure to check your spam and/or firewall if you are not able to find it), and enter the confirmation code, and hit 'Confirm'.
Once you've completed these steps, you should be able to log in to ZEFNET Charge using your provided email address and password.
