Connecting a Kempower DCFC with Ethernet

Run an external ethernet cable in a way where that connection can access the control module on the lower front of the main cabinet (farthest left as you look at the unit). Then connect that ethernet cable to the external ethernet port as shown in the figure below.

That external ethernet port on the control module will be the default connection method for the charger after installation. The control module and ChargEye will automatically prioritize the wired ethernet connection, with any wifi and/or base cellular connections for failover. There is no specific setup required for automatic DHCP wired connection, should you need to manually configure the connectivity settings please consult the attached network training slide deck.
